We routinely meet with East Coast clients outside Perth office hours. If you need a call at 9am Sydney time, that is 6am Perth time, and yes, we are happy to do it.

What happens after you submit an enquiry

1. Within 1 business day – Anthony or a senior team member replies by email with a proposed call time and a few clarifying questions. If your enquiry is urgent, we aim to respond same-day.
2. The scoping call (30 minutes) – We look at your existing website, audit your current Google Ads account if any, review your Google Business Profile and Analytics. No pitch deck, no hard sell. We want to understand your firm before we propose anything.
3. Within 3 business days after the call – A written proposal lands in your inbox. Scoped to what we discussed, with a clear investment and timeline. If your situation calls for a formal SEO audit or Google Ads review first, we scope that as a separate paid piece ($995 for an SEO audit, free for a Google Ads review).
4. Kick off within 10 business days of engagement – Once you say yes, we kick off within 10 business days. Faster if your situation is urgent.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer a free SEO audit?

Not typically, though we do free Google Ads reviews. A proper SEO audit takes 10-15 hours of work; delivering that for free means we would have to cut corners, and a bad audit is worse than no audit. Our paid SEO audit is $995 and credited against retainer fees if you later engage us.

Can we just get advice without engaging?

The scoping call is free and includes advice. We are happy to point you in the right direction if you do not end up engaging us. Many of our current clients found us because we gave them useful advice years before they were ready.

Do you have a minimum engagement?

Month-to-month across all services. 30 days notice to cancel. No long-term contracts. We recommend a 6-month SEO runway for measurable compound, but that is a recommendation, not a lock-in.

Can I speak to a current client as a reference?

Yes, with the client’s permission. We ask current clients before we introduce them. Most are happy to share experience, especially if you are at a similar firm size or practice area.

What if we are already committed to another agency?

We are happy to wait. Tell us when your current engagement ends and we will reach out closer to the date. Some clients use our scoping call as a second opinion on whether they should renew elsewhere.
